Complaints and disputes procedure
If you are dissatisfied with the services of Wieleroutfits, it is possible to file a complaint through firstname.lastname@example.org. We always try to answer you complaint within two workdays and at all times strive to resolve your complaint.
If we cannot come to an agreement, the Web shop Hallmark Foundation will mediate. Should the mediation not lead to the desired results, you may present your case to the Disputes Committee Web shop of the SGC (www.sgc.nl). You may also present your case to the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
